Embracing the Shadow
We are made of light—but we are not only light.
Within each of us lives a shadow: the unspoken, the wounded, the wild. It is not our enemy.
It is the part that knows where we’ve been hurt, what we’ve hidden, what we still long for.
When we listen—gently, without judgment—
the shadow softens. It becomes a guide.
Because wholeness is not perfection.
It’s embracing the full truth of our humanity:
the tenderness and the temper, the doubt and the devotion,
the ache and the awe.
We are not here to exile our darker parts—
but to bring them home with love.
